Whirling thoughts,

Targeted once again,

Screaming, 

Shouting, 

Waking up at 2am,

I wish I could,

I wish you didn’t,

I wish you might,

Just another Monday night,

Gasping for breath,

Spinning head,

Reaching,

Grabbing,

On the bathroom floor again,

What is on my mind today,
